I LOVE chia pudding. Healthy, delicious, creamy goodness! It is super easy to make too. It’s the set and forget kind of food that a busy person like me loves. You can make a whole bunch of it, separate it into small portions and eat it throughout the week. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Mixing bowls
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- 1 cups of Coconut Milk
- cup of Chia Seeds
- cup of Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp. of Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp. of Cinnamon Powder
- Optional: Turmeric Powder
- Optional: 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
Step 1: Measure and mix all wet ingredients
I like to add coconut oil to my chia seed pudding mixes because it keeps me full for a little longer and adds a nice source of healthy fats to my food.
Step 2: Mix all dry ingredients
Step 3: Mix dry and wet ingredients together, cover, and refrigerate for 12hrs
Step 4: Enjoy!
