Trash Collection
Blaine Bay Refuse provides once a week, every other week
and monthly curbside trash disposal service. 
Missed Collection
If you missed your collection time, please call at (360)
332-5443 before 10:00 a.m. of the same day.
Some charges may apply.

Schedules
Blaine Bay Refuse trash collection and recycling services
are provided on all holidays including Christmas and
New Years.
Collection Basics
and Collection Times
Collection times may vary so please have your trash
container at the curbside by 6:30 a.m. on the morning
of your collection pickup or may be placed at the curb
the night before. To keep your neighborhood neat try
not to overfill your container and make sure the container
lid is securely fastened.
Extra
Charges
Any thing that does not fit in your container with the
lid on or any size bag next to or on top of the container
is considered extra garbage. For
each additional 32 gallon can or garbage bag there is
a $3.40 extra charge.
